Nestoras Dimitrios Tzalidis

Psychologist, Somatic Psychotherapist
Co-creator of #WorkingAlive Project

Nestoras is a licensed Psychologist – Psychotherapist, working in Mental Health’s field since 2011. His holistic approach is based on the Somatic oriented Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. He studied Psychology in National Kapodistrian University of Athens and his ongoing education continues by attending the Social Psychiatry’s Master of Sciences program in Dimokriteio University in Thraki. He is very active in Promoting Mental Health in Greece and with this aim he practices Psychotherapy and Psychological Counseling in
private. He had also cooperated with Alexandra General hospital (Radiotherapy Dpt.), the Society of Social Psychiatry P. Sakellaropoulos and in the residential home of Greek Nonprofit Association “Hara”. Today he is working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Social Center and he is Groupama’s Insurance Company Mental Health coordinator. His vision is to roll out an effective Mental Health project for Workplaces, which will make employees feeling and #WorkingAlive

Myrto Aravani

Social Worker, MSc in Forensic Psychiatry, Somatic Psychotherapist
Co-creator of #WorkingAlive Project

Myrto is a Somatic Oriented Psychotherapist (Biosynthesis Modality) for adults and adolescents since 2015, while at the same time she became Certified as a NARM Psychotherapist (Psychological Trauma Psychotherapy). Her vision is an “Alive” world of people connected to their vitality, eager to connect, enjoy and create. She has collaborated with the Legal Entity of Private Law for the Social Reintegration of Ex-Prisoners since 2018, working at the same time for prisoners via ERASMUS CUP Project. She has also collaborated with the Psychiatric Department of Koridallos Prison, Society of Social Psychiatry P. Sakellaropoulos, the Greek Council for the refugees, Rantakula’s Youth House in Joensuu/Finland and with various other organizations. In parallel, she was involved in targeted projects promoting Mental Health in Greece, such us ERASMUS+ CUP Project (Convicts Upskilling Pathway), “Mental Health and Psychosocial Services” Project and “Start School of Integration project” in coordination with Social Innov, Microsoft Hellas and the Municipality of Athens.

#WorkingAlive Project is for her the “living proof” of employees work – life balance amelioration.
